The global beverage industry and beverage technology are experiencing remarkable growth, thanks to increased disposable income, changes in lifestyle, consumer habits, and scientific and technological advances. The Vietnam beverage industry is projected to reach USD 7.1 billion by 2026, with an estimated import turnover of USD 267 million (ReportLinker, 2023). Notably, as the leading beer-consuming nation in Asia, the Vietnamese beer industry is expected to achieve a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11% during the period 2023 – 2026 (VIRAC, 2022).
